The Company has formally changed the name of its two oncology clinical programs, both of which had references to Ecopia and Caprion prior to the amalgamation completed on March 14, 2007.

The Company currently has three products in clinical development that target infectious disease and multiple oncology indications. These three products offer multiple opportunities in a range of markets including orphan drug indications such as primary glioma and renal cell carcinoma and large markets like melanoma and pancreatic cancer where limited treatment options exist.
